Amending Decree-Law 59/2021, Law 14/2023 came into force on April 7th. Under the provisions of this law, clear, visible and up-to-date information on the price of calls must now be made available for consumer contact. The following information must be provided: âFree Callâ, if applicable, immediately after the telephone number.
