If you register for one of our events, some of your personal data may be shared with the organizers of that event and/or with other participants.

By providing us with your contact details, FLRP may contact you for marketing purposes related to its services, provided that you have consented to the processing of your personal data for this purpose. If you consent, you will receive marketing communications via e-mail. You may object to this data processing at any time.

How long do we keep your information?

As the holder of personal data, you have the right to have FLRP, without undue delay, rectify inaccurate or incomplete data concerning you.

    1. Request the deletion of your personal data.

As the owner of the personal data, you have the right to request FLRP to delete your data without undue delay, and it has the obligation to delete the personal data without undue delay when one of the following reasons applies:

  1. Personal data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or processed;
  2. You have withdrawn your consent to the processing of data (in cases where processing is based on consent) and there is no other basis for said processing;
  3. You object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate interests justifying the processing.
    1. Request the limitation of processing of your personal data.

As a data subject, you have the right to request FLRP to limit the processing of your data if one of the following situations applies:

  1. Challenge the accuracy of personal data for a period that allows FLRP to verify its accuracy;
  2. The data processing is lawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests, instead, the limitation of its use;
  3. The FLRP no longer needs personal data for processing purposes, but such data is required by the data subject for the purposes of declaring, exercising or defending a right in legal proceedings;
  4. If you have objected to the processing, until it is established that the legitimate reasons of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.
    1. Oppose to the processing of your personal data.

In cases where 1) the processing of data is carried out for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by FLRP; 2) the processing of data is carried out for the purposes of direct marketing; or 3) profiling, you may also object to the processing of your personal data at any time.

    1. If the treatment depends on your consent, you have the right to withdraw it.

If consent is legally required for the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any time, although this right does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given or the subsequent processing of the same data based on another legal basis, such as compliance with the contract or legal obligation to which FLRP is subject.

Your requests will be treated with special care so that we can ensure the effectiveness of your rights. You may be asked to provide proof of your identity to ensure that personal data is only shared with the data subject.

You should be aware that in certain cases (e.g. due to legal requirements) your request cannot be fulfilled immediately.

In any case, you will be informed of the measures taken to this end within one month of the request being made.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission.

Security and Confidentiality:

We are committed to keeping your data safe, and we employ appropriate security measures to ensure that your personal data is protected and prevent unauthorized access. We regularly review our security systems and policies to ensure that your data is safe and secure. However, the transmission of information over the Internet is not completely secure, and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of the information transmitted through our site.
