The decree no. 217-A/2020 determines the approval of the Regulation of the “SUPPORT” Program, which aims to mitigate the negative impacts on the economic activity of micro and small companies regarding trades, cultural activities, restaurants, accommodation, tourism and others services open to the public that had to close in March.
In order to be selected, companies must have positive equity by the end of 2019, billing losses greater than 25% in the first 9 months of 2020 and their situation regularized with the Tax Authority, Social Security and the banking system.
