Decree-Law NÂș74/2020, of September 24th, was published in the Official State Journal, which establishes an amendment to the Value Added Tax Code, approved by Decree-Law No. 394-B/84, of December 26th, regarding changes in the VAT rate applicable to electricity supplies in relation to certain levels of consumption and contracted power at low normal voltage.
