1. Implement a system of voluntary out-of-office work with all the collaborators of the firm, that will only move to the office if they feel that it is absolutely necessary for reasons of file research, for that effect wearing a facial mask at all times.
2. Hold any and all external diligence, except for those not called off by the Courts, until the 27th of March, 2020 â for that effect, all collaborators must wear a facial mask at all times;
3. FLRP will not hold any meetings until the 27th of March, 2020 and will call off any meeting that had been scheduled until said date â all meetings will take place, if possible, through video conference or call.
4. Follow all hygiene and respiratory etiquette measures in order to reduce the exposition and risk of transmission of the disease, as indicated by the DGS, namely:
a. Cutting out unnecessary touching for greetings, including handshakes;
b. Cover the nose and mouth with the arm when sneezing, or sneeze directly into a tissue, that should be put immediately in the garbage bin;
c. Frequently wash the hands with soap, or with na alcohol based hygienic solution;
d. Keep a safe distance of 1 meter (~3 feet), in the daily contacts and activities with other people;
5. Monitor the health condition of all our collaborators and incase any virus related symptom is detected, immediately inform FLRP, so that all necessary measures can be taken and warnings issued out to the last people that they came in contact with the affected collaborator.
With these measures, we hope to contribute positively to stop the spread of viruses. We also hope that there will be no cases of contamination in our customers, colleagues and friends, or those close to us, and that we can quickly reverse these extraordinary measures.
