After hearing the Social Partners, obtaining the approval from the Ministries Council and the Portuguese President, the Government decided to go forward with the publication of the Decree that increases the national minimum wage from 600€ to 635€, going into full effect on the 1st of January 2020. According to the Executive in Office, this measure could affect around 720.000 workers.
