Council of Ministers Resolution no. 99-A/2025 of 29 May was published, amending Resolution no. 87/2024 of 10 July, which created the Mission Structure for the Recovery of Pending Cases at AIMA. This extraordinary structure was set up with the purpose of tackling overdue regularisation requests, with a mandate initially set until 2 June 2025, however, and having recognised the results achieved, the government decided to extend its operation until 31 December 2025.
