Several changes were made to the â1.Âș Direito â Programa de Apoio ao Acesso Ă Habitaçãoâ Programme with the publication of Decree-Law no. 44/2025 of the 27th of March, which amended the previous Decree-Law no. 37/2018 of the 4th of June. These changes created a new funding mechanism for projects not included in the PRR, with the aim of supporting the construction of public housing and increasing accessibility for families with financial difficulties.
