Council of Ministers Resolution no. 87/2024 created the “Mission Structure for the Recovery of Pending Cases at AIMA”, also referred to simply as the “Mission Structure”, which will be in place provisionally and have the task of completing the processes for granting and renewing Residence Permits currently pending at AIMA until the 2nd of June 2025, the date on which it will cease to exist.
