Decree-Law No. 93/2025 was published on the 14th of August, introducing several changes to the legal regime applicable to electric mobility, aligning the national framework with European goals and requirements, simplifying the electric charging process by eliminating the requirement for contracts with suppliers, and allowing users to make payments easily by bank card or QR Code.
