Recruitment Policy
Recruiting trainees is a fundamental instrument for the Firm’s growth.
The trainees’ career inside the Firm follows a career plan, in which is established evolution career marks. However, the individualized evaluation present in the working capacity, commitment, shrewdness, creativity and technical quality demonstrated are elements considered in a meritocracy point of view, considering a faster evolution. Usually, the Firm is interested in the permanency of the trainee lawyers after the end of the traineeship, as long as through that period of time they have shown excellent quality and working capacity, besides irreprehensible personal characteristics.
Being FLRP is a Law Firm directed to international issues, it is required that its Attorneys are fluent in other languages (namely in English). In addition, we seek people with academic success, intelligent, with initiative, ambitious and driven.
