Ministerial Order 262/2025/1 of 26 June was published, approving the model of the Simplified Export Certificate provided for in Article 29(8) of the VAT Code, thus complying with the programme of measures to simplify and reduce bureaucracy in the relationship between citizens and companies and the Public Administration. The decree regulates the simplified procedure applicable to the export of goods included in postal and express consignments with a value of no more than âŹ1,000, exempt from VAT and not subject to export duties.
