Decree-Law No. 121/2025 of 14 November was published, creating the Virtual Citizen’s Office, a digital platform designed to bring together in a single access point, various services provided by public entities, including changing the address on the Citizen Card, renewing the Driving Licence, creating a company online, as well as changing the name, registered office or social object of a company, with the aim of reducing bureaucracy in order to bring the State closer to citizens and companies.
