Ordinance no. 54-R/2023 came into force on March 1, providing for and regulating the conditions for advertising mobile working hours and how to record the respective working times. In these terms, the possibility of publishing working hours through a computer system or application is added, and this system must ensure time measurement functions, control of the driver’s activities, accessibility and maintain the integrity of the record for a period of 5 years.
