On the past 15th of June, the Council of Ministers approved a law proposal that aims to alter the legal regime of entry, stay and exit of foreign citizens from national territory. With this proposal, foreign citizens that come to look for work in national territory may remain in the country for a period of 120 days, extendable for more 60 days, in a maximum period of 180 days. The diploma will now be appreciated by the Assembly of the Republic and there may be new developments of this alteration soon.
