Catarina Pontes, Partner at Ferreira Leite, Rua, Pontes & Associados, participated in the collective work Estudos em Homenagem ao Professor Doutor Manuel Pita, organized by Dr. LuĂs Vasconcelos Abreu, within the scope of the Master’s Degree in Corporate and Labour Law (MDET), created by the Honoree, with an article entitled “Da irresponsabilidade dos sĂłcios na prossução do interesse social: direito de exclusĂŁo de sĂłcio”. The book was published by Almedina with the support of ISCTE-IUL.
