Landlords will once again be able to carry out evictions and terminate rental contracts, since the “freeze” period in force due to the Covid-19 pandemic ended on June 30. This measure applies to residential and commercial leases.
Entrepreneurs who rent commercial space to carry out their activities will continue to receive support with regard to paying their rents, one of which is the extension of the deadline for settling outstanding amounts from 12 to 36 months.
