The draft Law No. 70/XIV establishes the suspension of deadlines for the practice of non-urgent procedural acts that run in the courts, other jurisdictions, courts of arbitration, the Public Prosecution Service, Justice of the Peace, alternative resolution entities of litigation and tax enforcement bodies.
The diploma thus provides, among other aspects, for non-urgent cases to be dealt with in the higher courts, when there are conditions to ensure the practice of procedural acts through appropriate means of distance communication.
