The Law 16/2018, of 27th March, amends the Criminal Code, covering, in the scope of qualified homicide, crimes committed against partners in a love relationship, as well as crimes committed against journalists, while carrying out his duties, reinforcing its criminal protection. The law is in force since 28th March.
