Law No. 57/2025 of 24 July was published, amending the Statutes of Judicial Judges, the Public Prosecutor’s Office and the Administrative and Tax Courts, as well as the Law on the Organisation of the Judicial System, which introduced, among other changes, new articles relating to entrance examinations, adjusted rules on mobility and management functions, and added a new chapter on judicial professions.
