On 11.02.2026, Decree-Law No. 33/2026 of 11 February was published, amending Decree-Law No. 107/2012 of 18 May. The main amendments concern the reduction of bureaucracy and the streamlining of procedures in public procurement, as well as the harmonisation of the State’s technological and digital strategy. In essence, these amendments will ensure that public digital investments may form an integral part of the objective of administrative modernisation.
