The Announcement of Extraordinary Council of Ministers, of 31st October, was published, and determines the duty to remain at home, except for a set of pre-authorized situations. It also foresees the extension of the special measures that had been established for the municipalities of Paços de Ferreira, Lousada and Felgueiras to other 118 municipalities (among them Lisbon and Porto), establishing the mandatory adoption of the remote working regime, whenever the functions allow, and defining the schedule of 10 pm and 10:30 pm for the closing of the shoppings and restaurants, respectively.
