Catarina Pontes, Partner at Ferreira Leite, Rua, Pontes & Associados, participated in the collective work Estudos em Homenagem ao Professor Doutor Manuel Pita, organized by Dr. Luís Vasconcelos Abreu, within the scope of the Master’s Degree in Corporate and Labour Law (MDET), created by the Honoree, with an article entitled “Da irresponsabilidade dos sócios na prossução do interesse social: direito de exclusão de sócio”. The book was published by Almedina with the support of ISCTE-IUL.
