The President of the Portuguese Republic, enacted on the 25th of May, the Decree that will make the Courts spring back to work. Most of the deadlines were suspended due to the SARS-Cov-2.
The document was published on the Official State Journal on the 29th of May and will go into effect 5 days late, on the 3rd of June, and the judicial deadlines can start running again.
