In accordance with the most recent amendment to the exceptional and temporary measures related to the COVID-19 disease pandemic, the Decree-Law no. 78-A / 2020, of September 29th proceeded to amend Decree-Law no. 10 -J / 2020, of March 26th, determines that the beneficiaries of the moratorium regime can oppose this extension or the extension of maturity, or request the application of the moratorium for a shorter period, if, for this purpose, communicate that intention to the institution at least 30 days prior to the date on which they intend to terminate the respective effects.
