The Agreement between the Portuguese Republic and the Republic of Angola on Mutual Administrative Assistance and Cooperation in Tax Matters, signed in Luanda on September 18, 2018, has entered into force. Such administrative assistance may cover, where appropriate, measures adopted by judicial bodies in addition to:
a) The carrying out of simultaneous tax controls and participation in tax controls abroad;
b) Assistance in recovery, including precautionary measures; and
c) The service of documents.
