The Official State of Journey published the extension of validity of the Extraordinary Process for the Viability of Companies (“PEVE”), which will be in force until June 30th, 2023. The regime, provided for in Law no. 75/2020, of November 27th, aims at the ratification of a debt restructuring agreement between a company and its creditors, targeting companies that are in an economically difficult situation, caused by the COVID-19 pandemic situation, but which can still be made viable.
