It was published the Decree no. 257/2021, which regulates the injunction procedure in matters of lease, which allows to obtain a recognized document for collection of debts from landlords by resorting to the Court, through the regulation of the forms of effecting the rights of the tenants, enshrined in the New Urban Lease Regime, namely the form of presentation of the tenants application, the deduction of opposition from the landlord and the procedure for subsequent steps.
