On February 18th 2022, Decree-Law 23-A/2022 was published in the Diário da República – the Portuguese official gazette, amending the measures applicable in the scope of the COVID-19 pandemic, highlighting the possibility, in the same month and sequentially, for employers to apply for extraordinary support for gradual recovery and extraordinary support to maintain the employment contracts, as well as the possibility of financial support for the remuneration of managing partners.
