In judicial and arbitration proceedings, our clients therefore benefit from a proactive attitude, spirit and strategy, which are always monitored and regularly reported to the client with every step taken or every procedural development that occurs.
Despite the vast experience of some lawyers who work in the area of litigation, out-of-court dispute resolution is never ruled out, and it is an area to which FLRP & Associados devotes special attention, as it is an important tool nowadays and is often quicker and less expensive to obtain the best result for the client.
