The Government approved the Law Decree n.º 1/2020 that establishes the right for lifelong housing (DHD).
DHD allows one or more people to enjoy housing of someone else’s house has their own permanent residence for life, as long as the proprietor is paid a pecuniary deposit and periodic counter entries.
DHD can only be constituted by the proprietor in favor of one or more people that obtain the status of residents.
