The Council of Ministers approved the proposal to amend the labor legislation, which provides the criminalization of totally undeclared work, with imprisonment until three years or a fine until 360 days.
The measure provides that the presumption of the existence of the provision of work when it has not been declared to the Social Security extends to the previous 12 months and implies the daily registration of workers assigned or placed by other companies in farming operations and construction sites.
